Topaz Textures Error Message

I have checked the Graphics Care and it is find. Topaz Textures is installed with the other Topaz Filters that I have per the instructions on the site. I have also rebooted the system and I still get this error message. My other Topaz Products are working fine.

Any ideas as to what is going on?
