Error #3000; Bad tag signature '348' found

Today I wanted to show some of our webdesigners the trial version of Topaz, but I encounter several errors on the systems here.

Configuration:
Win 10 Pro 64bit
Photoshop CS 6 32bit

At home everything works like a charm (Win 7 64bit and PS CS6 32 and 64 bit tested). Here are my problems.

Topaz Clean:
Starts loading up the Plug-In, I see my image as normal but immediatly this error pops up and after it, I can only close Clean:

Topaz Simplify is not even starting up. On click it seems to load a split second but nothing is happening, no error or anything.

I tried system language settings, color settings of screen and Photoshop, but everything seems normal and nothing helped. So I am open for any suggestions to bring these very helpful products into this office too. Image may be NSFW.
