I purchased the Cyber Monday Bundle (Full Topaz Package) and it has failed installing multiple times. I'm prompted by the Topaz Installer GUI to contact the software developer for further assistance. I filled out a support ticket on Monday. It's now Friday. No response from Topaz Labs Customer Support except for the "automated we got your ticket" email. I included all the screen shots as well. I'm running os x el capitan 10.11.1 on a brand new iMac. Thanks for any assistance!
