Also got this message from Windows:"Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
So I uninstalled the programme from my Control Panel and downloaded from my Topaz Studio Account. When I tried to install it didn't like that I was installing in my programme files C://Program Files/Topaz Labs/Topaz Studio. (Didn't like the folder it said) I had already uninstalled Topaz Studio so don't know why that folder came up. Said it would be installing in a non empty folder and may not install correctly. I carried on anyway as I had nothing to lose, but it wouldn't install and I've now given up and I can't get the programme AT ALL.
