Topaz help won't answer!

I've submitted two support tickets and sent a couple of emails regarding color shifts from the original image while using Detail3 and Clarity and have yet to hear back from Topaz. Extremely frustrating!! I have a yellowish color cast when I open Detail3 and and Clarity. I've reset the plugins and it's still there. It's been a week and a half and NO word from Topaz tech support on how to solve this issue. I'd like to purchase more plugs but have zero confidence in their support. I've wasted a ton of time trying to figure this out! I'm about to give up on this company. How can I connect with Topaz??? They don't even have a phone number. Are they so wrapped up with Topaz Sudio they are ignoring their other customers??
