Purchased the Pro Pack, can not get extensions

I purchased the Pro Pack (with the extensions) after downloading the Topaz Studio v1.0.2. I show it as purchased on my Studio Account. I have tried removing everything connected to the Topaz Studio and downloading the program 5 times now. The extensions and "pro pack" are not syncing. It still shows "try pro" and the extensions that are shown as paid in my Studio account are still showing in black, not blue icons. I also still see "try Pro" on the extensions I already paid for. I am logged in for Topaz Studio, I have read everything, including this blog, but I still can not get it to show up. I am using Windows 7. Does it not work for Windows 7? Is there something you have to personally do to trigger it to sync? I have worked on this for over 8 hours now and have given up. I need to have someone go into my account and do whatever is needed to make it sync. Very :tired_face:
