The reason for this is, Topaz Adjust apparently looks at my computer's regional settings and forces German on me as soon as I set my date and number format to German. The only way I have succeeded in loading Adjust in English is by changing my number formats. If I change my number settings to French or Spanish I get Adjust in English. Only if I choose the German number format does Adjust refuse to load in English.
I would love to meet the programmer who decided that the language I use to edit a photo depends on whether I write 15.4.2016 or 4/15/2016 to write a date. I would love to convert all the software he uses to German, or Chinese or Finnish and ask him how he likes it.
Please fix this and let me use Adjust in English without having to change my number settings!
