Before posting I will export from Lightroom in .jpg format setting the maximum size to 3,000 Kb. Today I have had to repeatedly save the file while decreasing the size until it will upload. The last one that worked was 1,620 Kb and the one before that was 1,789 Kb.
Any idea why a 3,000 Kb file won't upload?
