Saved Preset Failed?

I CAN save the presets I created in Clarity_ DeNoise6_ Glow_ Impression v.2 and Texture Effects.

I CAN NOT save presets I created in Adjust_B&W_Clean_Detail_Lens Effects_ReStyle_Simplify and Star Effects?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
