Remask 5 and saving in Photoshop

Filter -> TopazLabs -> Remask 5
Make the mask and change the background

Then when I click OK it just asks me if I want to save the file somewhere . . . . it doesn't save the new file back into Photoshop, where Topaz was launched from.

Please tell me what I'm missing, as I thought it would have automatically saved back into Photoshop like most of the other Topaz programs I've tried so far.
