I have tested the new Topaz Texture Effects and can confirm it works in editors in addition to those reported as supported by Topaz Labs.
Both the plugin and standalone work in:
ACDSee Ultimate 19
Zoner Photo Studio 18
PhotoLine 19Although some other third party's plugins choke in ACDSee's new feature supporting operation of Photoshop plugins, the Topaz Labs plugins, including Texture Effects, work fine. For the plugin, just point ACDSee to the Topaz directory. The same is true for the standalone -- just assign it as an external editor in ACDSee.
While Zoner is not a true layer editor, TE is one of the plugin filters that can be run in that application. Simply assign the Topaz location within Zoner.
Like ACDSee, PhotoLine supports both Photoshop plugins and external editors. Assign Texture Effects as an External editor and it can be run on a layer in PhotoLine. For the plugin to work, you must copy the Texture Effects plugin in the Topaz directory and paste the copy into PhotoLine's default plugin directory.
